It was a tough day out for our Prahran 2nd XI, who came off second best against Footscray 2nd XI at Toorak Park.
Across the match we made 10/218, with Footscray 2nd XI on 10/221. Pranav Menon posted a half-century, making 63 not out off 128 balls with four fours. Sam Beer weighed in with 28 off 99 balls. Five wickets for Max Birthisel of our opponents, who returned five for 45.
Max Keogh starred with the ball, taking three for 45. Charlie Giles finished with two for 41. The visitors' best was a half-century from Bailey Toseland, who made 69. Aayan Nadeem chipped in with 35 for our opponents.
