Our Prahran 3rd XI had to settle for a loss as they were bested by Ringwood 3rd XI on a frustrating day.
Over the course of the match we totalled 6/329, and Ringwood 3rd XI 8/335. Travis Jackson posted a fine hundred, making 115 off 134 balls. Fifty for Jesse van Rooyen, who finished with 73 off 119 balls.
Hamish Braden picked up four for 74 off seventeen overs. Nicholas Graves offered good support with two for 59. A century to Charlie Moore for our opponents: 141. There were 44 from Luke Ivanovic for the hosts.
Not our day, but there's plenty to work with. A tough stretch, and one the boys will be determined to end. Chins up, everyone.
