Our Prahran 1st XI were on song as they were too good for Northcote 1st XI thanks to Damon Egan's 71.
Across the match we made 7/268, with Northcote 1st XI on 265. Damon Egan posted a half-century, making 71 off 122 balls with twelve fours. Solid support came from Max Delaney, who made 36. Credit to Archie Lalor, who took four for 59 for the hosts.
Cam McClure was the pick of our bowlers with three for 31. Lachlan Bangs also took two for 34. Jack Lalor passed fifty for our opponents, finishing with 85.
Our bowlers shared the wickets around.
We'd lost to the hosts earlier this season, so this one was especially pleasing. That makes it two wins in a row. Onwards and upwards.
